  • Refunds are not available for reasons such as change of mind, accidental purchase, lack of required technical knowledge, or dissatisfaction unrelated to technical malfunctions.
  • All purchases are intentional and require several confirmation steps; therefore, mistaken or accidental purchases are not eligible for refund.

  • Refunds will not be issued for issues outside our technical scope, including but not limited to server incompatibility, unsupported environments, or user error not related to a product defect.
